Such an adorable place! The decor is so cute, the staff and owner are so friendly and the teas & shakes are delicious! I’m on a restrictive diet for some health issues and it’s nice that I can still have treats & drinks that taste yummy and give me the protein I’ve been struggling to get! If you need energy, protein, or just want a healthy alternative I recommend checking it out! I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Top notch, friendly service! Cute and clean establishment. We made a quick trip up from San Diego, stumbled upon this spot, and got a delicious banana and orange protein smoothie for the drive back. 👌🏼

Shakes are all 10g of sugar or less. High protein; they're actually a meal replacement. I ordered a chunky monkey (think Reese's but with banana) & my hubby ordered a German Chocolate. Fluffy & yummy. Much better than fast food shakes that are 44-88g of sugar!
