Old Town Pizza

Every time I come here with my mom we want to buy literally everything, they have the best vodka and regular slices and it's delicious every time, owner/workers are also so kind.

I never write bad reviews but the treatment that I got as a loyal customer today was disheartening. First of all, I ordered buffalo wings 2 hours before it came, and when they came they demanded a tip after being late, and for giving me wrong order which they gave me bbq wings which I’m allergic to that. Anyways they kept going back and forth with me over the tip but their service wasn’t even worth it or worth a dollar. They lost me as a customer forever. Will not ever come here ever again!

Wow. Just wow. If you're ever craving a slice of pizza that tastes like regret and broken promises, this is the place to go. They proudly advertise “Hot and Fresh!” which must be their idea of a punchline, because what I got was a lukewarm, rubbery triangle of sadness. The crust of my chicken parmesan was chewy like a gym mat, the cheese had all the flavor of wet cardboard, and the sauce? Oh wait...was there sauce? Could’ve fooled me. Honestly, if you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to bite into a pizza that’s been sitting on a windowsill during a mild thunderstorm, this masterpiece is your answer. Tasteless, stale, and served with a side of disappointment. Five stars… if the goal was to make me never eat pizza again.

I ordered a Caesar salad wrap and got this pathetic lettuce wrap for $15. I asked for extra dressing. There was not a spec of dressing on it, no cheese and no croutons. And last time I checked a Caesar salad comes with croutons. This place use to be one of the best in town. Ever since management changed the quality went down tremendously while the prices went up. Also my chips tasted like fish which I hate seafood so I noticed right away.

I have found steel wool in my food on more than one occasion… Ownership is indifferent to it, which should tell you everything you need to know. It’s truly a shame because the food is delicious when you’re not in danger of choking.
