Authentic Mexican food. Great carne asada steak. Small cozy atmosphere. The best Mole sauce.

I have been coming here for years. Always take out and usually salsas. Their salsas are homemade and absolutely delicious. From mild to really really hot. A definite must if chips and salsa are your thing. They now have a bar and the inside is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic dinner at Ole Mole! If I lived in Stamford, I could totally see this being one of my go-to spots for Mexican. It’s no-frills, good food, and pretty small inside. We went during peak dinner time on Thursday and were lucky we were able to snag a table! Everything was delicious! Some items that really stood out were the tostones and the mole sauce, which we figured would be amazing seeing that it’s their namesake! Our food arrived very quickly, and our server was friendly and attentive.

2024 Update: Remodeled & super fresh! Very nice to see their success! Delicious food, authentic flavors! Great spot for your Tex-Mex fix in North Stamford.

Been coming to this place for 20 years idc what anyone says.. the shredded beef taco and chicken tacos with the salsa verde are good as hell. This isnt sloppy soggy heavy mexican food. Fresh flavors and textures working together. Crispy taco with marinated shredded beef topped with cool lettuce and tomato also crumbled queso fresca with the chiltomate sauce It’s absolute perfection! Rice and beans hit too not overly salted and perfectly cooked. They give you generous portions and chips and salsa with your order. The inside is very cute for dining… they have updated it since- used to be mostly takeout and like 2 tables inside. its very clean has a good vibe. good for anyone wanting grab a bite to eat alone and not feel weird lol. and in the nice weather they a few small tables outside!
