Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is a newly built restaurant. It came into a market that already had an outstanding Italian restaurant. You would do better going to the other as the food there has larger portions and better taste. As for this restaurant the food is okay for a corporate production food line. The dining room is nice. The service was good and attentive.

Came in to celebrate my daughters recent accomplishment per her request. There was a small wait although the website said no wait. The host assured me we'd be seated promptly they were just behind on clearing tables. Our server was China and she was very bubbly, kind, and eager. She got our drinks and appetizers out promptly but our food literally took FOREVER! We really didn't get much explanation as to why. We learned China was new to the restaurant so we were expecting a shift leader or manager to come by but I actually didn't see one on the floor at all our whole visit. By the time the food came we agreed to just take a few bites and box it to go due to frustration. I doubt we'll return but we do wish China success.

Visited on Father's Day, so it was busy, but we were seated quickly. Our waiter seemed either new or unsure. He was polite, but he clearly needed more training. Food was tasty, but my portion size was noticeably smaller than the rest of my family's. Two negative issues stood out: 1. The waiter confused drink orders and mistakenly told me that I had the wrong tea (which I didn't); and 2. The ladies' restroom was very dirty. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. We'll likely return since Olive Garden is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. I just hope for better service next time.

This location is very much needed for this area! I visited this location on Sunday when there is a promotion for training I brought my family with me! Our servers were Jasmine and Kay, these two young ladies were absolutely amazing! Very nice very professional very willing to help! Kay gave great suggestions and her suggestions did not disappoint! Everyone that day was very pleasant despite the very chaotic busy atmosphere they served us very successfully! This location is absolutely breathtaking on the inside. The design was perfect. I am so glad we have a closer location and we will be returning soon!

Nichelle was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us regularly, and made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and friendly personality really stood out. It’s clear she cares about her guests and takes pride in providing great service. Because of Nichelle, our visit to Olive Garden was even better than expected. We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in her section again. Thank you, Nichelle, for the wonderful service! 😊
