Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Diana S was our server & she was fantastic!! Kind, very sweet & was very attentive. We got seated immediately & waited on as soon as we sat. We placed a drink order & got it quick. Then the app came then food. Just great service. And there was a steady flow of people but not overly packed like most restaurants on a holiday. They had a ton of wait staff so no one was left waiting. The food was great too. We got the shrimp fritto misto, eggplant parmigiana with chicken and gnocchi soup, minestrone soup & calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini & a Sicilian Sunset mixed drink. 2! Lol Everything was cooked well & was very good! We had to pack up most of it as we were stuffed!!! But I am pleased we went here for our Valentines dinner. It was truly enjoyable!

We wanted to grab a casual lunch with the baby and decided to try Olive Garden in Northridge. It had probably been about 20 years since either my husband or I had last been to an Olive Garden, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The breadsticks were just as delicious as we remembered, and the salad was fresh. The salad and breadsticks come in very generous portions, with the option to choose soup instead of salad with the entrées. We started with the calamari, which was really good. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo from the “lighter portions” menu. They offer a few dishes in smaller sizes, which I really appreciated. My recent visit to Olive Garden was genuinely outstanding, and much of that experience is thanks to the leadership of Manager Cynthia and the exceptional service provided by Veronica. From the moment we sat down, Cynthia set the tone for the entire evening. She was warm, welcoming, and visibly attentive. It’s rare to see a manager so present and engaged on the floor, resolving needs before anyone even had to ask, and maintaining a calm, professional energy even in the middle of the dinner rush. Her leadership clearly elevates the entire restaurant. Our server, Veronica, was equally impressive. She went above and beyond from start to finish. Her timing was perfect—never too intrusive, never too absent. She anticipated what we needed before we even realized it, whether it was refilling drink

Everything was excellent and Diego was very attentive with our table. We were celebrating a birthday with family and food was delicious, fresh bread and the salad was great. Thank you Diego 👏👏👏

Always great!!! Food always good, everybody is so friendly! And I never have to wait too long for my food ^-^
