Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I know my rotini is gf but why did I get soo much less than the ziti? And it doesn't taste like the rotini is done. It's like one time they are good and the next time not so much. But at least today I didnt wait forever in my car for them to bring it to me. And the more I ate the pasta was half crunchy and half mostly done. I've ordered this before and it was good for gf. Unbelievable... smh. I also love how no management replies to any reviews. Smh.

I visited Olive Garden in Douglasville Ga tonight with a friend and my daughter, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When we were seated, the silverware we were given had dried food on it. That immediately set the tone. After we placed our drink and appetizer orders, it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. When they finally did, my daughter was given the wrong drink. The waiter admitted he forgot what she ordered. We ordered two appetizers, but only one was brought out. We had to ask for the second one. When our main meals arrived, there was no salad and no breadsticks. I finished my entire meal before breadsticks were ever brought to the table. I then had to call the waiter back to ask for the salad. When the salad was finally brought, there was no serving spoon

Ok, I have been eating at this Restaurant for over 10yrs and never heard a waiter or waitress state we have to take your soup bowl to the back and refill it on all you can eat until the dishes are clean. This location I visited twice and the first visit they ran out of spoons and the second visit they ran out of bowls. Not to mention I paid at the kiosk and the receipt didn’t print out and I didn’t want to bother the waitress but I had to ask for a printed receipt and of course she gave me the wrong one and I had to ask again. Please treat all customers with kindness and don’t assume we work there because we rely on you to manage your hospitality not the other way around.

First I want to let it be known Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I dine in there a lot now this location messed up my order last time (undercooked chicken) but I decided to give them another try. I ordered the same exact thing (chicken scampi) waited for about 25 minutes before it came out with undercooked chicken again. They remade it and brung out this dry pasta with no sauce and almost near burnt chicken. Was told the cook was mad because I said my chicken was undercooked. In which when you looked at it you could tell it was before I even decided to take a bite of it.

I came for a valentines dinner and it was terrible. I think they serve something similar to tv dinners. The chicken patties were microwaved so bad they were to hard to eat. The lasagna was cooked flat. Nothing looked like the picture on the menu. It was terrible.
