Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Having dinner here at Oliver Garden Fayetteville was such a great experience in a wonderful ambiance. Not only the food but the service was outstanding. I love ordering Shrimp Alfredo with angel hair pasta tossed with sautéed shrimp in a delicious cream along with garlic & butter and my friend had Shrimp Scampi, shrimp sautéed in a garlic sauce tossed with asparagus, tomatoes and angel hair. We could choose from several soups such as Pasta e Fagioli, Zuppa Toscana, Minestrone as well as Chicken & Gnocchi. Actually, the ones we picked were the Minestrone one that comes with this amazing Alfredo is a yummy fresh vegetable, beans and pasta soup in a light tomato broth and the Zuppa Toscana that is a spicy Italian sausage, kale and potatoes in a creamy broth, and let me tell you that both sou

So I went for lunch with my mom and grandson since he loves the salad. We all ordered and the waitress was dull. She ordered from the kiosk at the table. We could've done that. The salad was great as always but the ravioli was awful. The cheese was over done that was melted on top. To add to it they used meat sauce which was not supposed to be. Tasted burnt. A sheer dissapointment.

02/017/2026 tue, evening, approximately 7:52 pm, my brother ordered a chicken & shrimp carbonara with the trimmings & a add on, 5 cheese ziti. Well, someone thought it would be funny to send the ziti as a uncooked, cold entree. It wasn't even warm. I've had this dish before & I know its not served cold. Mr R. E. Johnson, General Manager, you may want to re-train, your cook or preparer, because that is not funny, for a paid order, either! I also called the location, fayetteville, to tell them what occurred! This is the first time I've ever had this occurred from this restaurant!

My husband and I chose to have a date night at home and ordered Olive Garden to bring home. I was devastated when I got ready to take a bite of my seafood Alfredo and almost ate a cockroach! Mortified I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager. I was offered compensation and a gift card which I never received. I contemplated leaving this review but I honestly am still traumatized and felt others deserve to be informed. Apologies will never be enough to cover up such a disgusting experience.

I placed a order today for pick up I spend $65 dollars. when I received my food I checked it and the sauce I ordered was not even half full, I had to get out of my car to go inside when I placed for PICKUP. When I came inside I wasn’t greeted at all just got stared at no smile or anything. I payed $5 for some sauce that’s not even barely in the cup she took the cup I had and brought a smaller cup stating that it doesn’t come in the size I had before. My thing is she took the sauce I had in the other cup and put it in the smaller one. Why would you give me a size cup that’s not the right one in the first place for $5 not even full portion for what was payed. This is ridiculous I will not come here ever again and I eat here all the time. SMH I should’ve took a picture of the one they gave be
