Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was great including the breadsticks. Salad was good. Our waitress (Liz) was great, patient, friendly, and accommodating. We had a party of five but the three decided not to come, but changed their mind and came later. We came on a Sunday lunch time and it was very busy.

I had a drink so I was eating. Really wish they had salt on the table because Damn! We added cheese to everything the dip the main course. We shared the tour of Italy 🇮🇹. Yes that extra cheese was on point. I added the spinach dip to that DAF chicken fire 🔥. The salad will never let you down. I told my gf this is the last time unless they have a good happy hour. Our servers were cool , and yep I tipped big. That one and only drink 🍸 thank you bar tender...

As usual the soup and breadsticks were excellent. I had the Shrimp Scampi and Mom had the Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo. I had to have them prepare my Scampi without the asparagus tips, be ause it made the food taste bitter. But, other than that, everything was excellent and the location in Hayward, CA was packed during the dinner time.

Really appreciated our server JAY, she is a very nice lady server, she deserves a five star for her tremendous job.

I am fully aware that the food here is quite unhealthy, which is why I’d prefer to avoid it if possible. However, I won’t lie - it’s so good! It’s insanely filling as well! Good stuff all around! Surprisingly good as well for vegetarians like myself, and there were enough eggless options that I didn’t feel terrible about anything.
