Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Today, I went to Olivia Garden. I was not expecting anything in particular. However, the service was absolutely immaculate. James, our server, came in and immediately provided an amazing mood to the entire table. James made out experience far better, through putting up with our tomfoolery, run-on stories, and last minute orders. I could never ask for or expect another server as amazing as this one. The food and ambience were also absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much James.

We’ve given this Olive Garden three tries and have consistently had a less than stellar experience. I understand that it is a popular restaurant, but I feel they must understaff it as the service is VERY slow. The seating arrangements are very crowded, creating an atmosphere where you can barely talk to the people at your own table due to the noise. On our most recent visit, one of our daughters ordered a smoothie. She finished it (because the service was painfully slow) and when my mother-in-law asked if refills for it were free the server indicated they were. Three people at our table all confirmed that this is what the server said. Yet, we were charged for a second one on the bill and the server denied ever saying the refill was free. Went last night with family. 02/20/26 and food was horrible. The amount of soup you receive is a joke. Salad was in need of extra dressing. Bread sticks were overcooked. Reasturant smelled sour and was unclean. We used to love Olive Garden but I guess it's like everything else nowadays. Overpriced and under delivered.
