What screams Florida comfort food more than soup, salad, and breadsticks at Olive Garden? 😎 After a full day out, this hit the spot perfectly. We visited the Olive Garden on Merritt Island (205 E Merritt Island Cswy), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The breadsticks were warm and fresh, the salad was crisp with plenty of toppings and freshly grated cheese, and the soup was hot, hearty, and full of flavor. Everything came out quickly and consistently refilled without us even having to ask. Our server, Erica, was possibly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat without being intrusive. Drinks stayed full, refills came right on time, and she made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Olive Gardens we've been too. Service was excellent and the food amazing. We did the lunch special soup, salad and breadsticks and everything tasted great. Our favorite is definitely the pasta e Fagioli.

Excellent service, friendly and proficient. Salad was good, nothing has changed over the last 20 years and then Pasta e Fagioli was as consistent as ever. Breadsticks are tasting a bit bland, but ok. Excllent Caberney.

Was nice that they had half portions. The food was ok here but the lighting was so bad we could hardly read our menu. The server was just ok. Everything was jut that. Ok.
