Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Don’t come here unless you want cold food and no manager in sight. Came in for a birthday dinner and the chicken Alfredo was cold and it took our waitress forever to comeback and check on us. By that time I was ready to go and didn’t want them to remake it , and she said let me go get the manager. Nope. No manager came, but they made me pay 12 dollars for a salad that I didn’t eat. So in reality they only lost 5 dollars. Seemed to be more worried about the money than the service! Go elsewhere!

This was a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely incredible and our waitress Jen was very nice and helpful. I appreciate a great restaurant experience and this was one of the best I've ever had. I will be returning to this location again!

Received a gift card for the holidays, so I decided to treat my lady and myself to a nice dinner. We were sat immediately and served by the most friendly and kind server I’ve seen in a long time. She had a great attitude and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that she had just finished her training and this was her first solo shift. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. If you haven’t tried the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo it is amazing. Great experience and will be back!

My husband and I stopped going to Olive Garden after significant time had passed since the reduced Covid menu remained. By chance we ate there last weekend for a 10 o’clock dinner only because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. Olive Garden closes at 11 PM and we were met with a polite and enthusiastic host. Our young servers, (Austin a Rockwall resident) attitude and demeanor made for a wonderful experience. We were his last customers after a 14 hour day and also his last table of the season before moving to Austin to continue his education at UT. Words can’t express how attentive and pleasant he was with every detail! Very loud unless you sit in the booths near the bar on a Saturday for lunch. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. We had bottomless soup and salad and make your own pasta. The one new thing for me was the mushroom sauce. Let me just say it was delicious! Our waiter was excellent and boy was he busy!
