Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was our first time going to this particular Olive Garden. The service was phenomenal. Store was clean and well-kept. The food was awesome I had the pasta fagioli and my wife had the chicken gnocchi with salad and bread sticks. Both soups were served hot the bread was warm and salad tasted fresh. We ended up buying one of their parmesan cheese graters. Looking forward to trying it in the next couple days. Highly recommend this restaurant everybody was just really friendly and it was clean and the food was great. As you can tell from my photos I forgot to take a picture before I ate and once I started eating I couldn't stop till it was gone LOL

Due to recent opening inexperienced personnel is too distracted, disoriented and super busy for nothing I've leave 4 star. I've ordered never ending soup and salad. Best choice! But they were not in hurry to ask me about repeating. Saw some trainers but they were disoriented too.

Ok , our experience was not good . We were the 5th couple upon opening at 11 a.m. We were seated and got our drinks relatively quickly . Ordered our Appetizer and our meal , part of the meal came quickly , Appetizer came approx. 20 mins after the meal was brought . No bread was brought out to start with , nor salad that was Ordered . We asked numerous times about why we aren't getting any bread with our meal ? The reply was the same each time , it's coming . But other people all around us were getting bread and Appetizers delivered and they had come in much later than us. We had to ask for EVERYTHING from drinks , to napkins , to Appetizer , etc.. Very nice and clean environment , food was good once we finally got it , but the Service was horrible . The Manager even came by and we ask abou

Do not waste your time or money to go here! We were seated within 5 minutes but it took 15 minutes before we had a server. Order an appetizer which was delivered 29 minutes later and Cold! Salad was nothing but white cores from iceberg lettuce, wilted and warm, arrived 15 minutes later! No salad plates until 5 minutes later! Little to no dressing! Bread sticks finally came after salad!! The main course came cold and steak tips were Raw!! Management finally came because I got up and went and found him in the Back!! He offered to cancel the bill and gave us lasagna to go within 10 minutes. We got home and warmed it up! Dry and you can tell they aren't Cooking anything there!! Frozen and then microwaved! We Will Never be back!! Go to local Italian Restaurants!! LaVilla is so much better!!

Our server’s name was Samuel he was friendly, patient, and helpful. He barely checked on us, and we weren’t offered to-go breadsticks nor were we offered weren’t offered mints. We had to ask for refills and was only given a refill on breadsticks, but salad and drinks had to be asked for. We felt very welcomed, and were seated very quickly. Everyone was very professional and clean, along with a clean atmosphere. It was also easy to navigate and read the menu. I got the raspberry lemonade which was good and even came with a lemon, but only had an essence of raspberry. Breadsticks were delicious and fresh, and the marinara was amazing. The plates for the salad came cold and salad was good and dressed. Soup was good, we got chicken gnocchi. I got the herb-grilled salmon which was delicious,
