Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We stopped by the Temple location after a doctor’s appointment on 3/5 , and Kayla made our visit absolutely fantastic! I was dining with my teenage son, Her service was truly top-notch she was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be returning just to sit in her section again. Kayla , thank you for the amazing experience! 🤩 we definitely need more servers like you in every restaurant !

I didn’t want to come on here being a Karen, I’ve worked in food service for over three years and I can sympathize most of the time. This time I can’t do that. Server was so uninterested the entire time, if you’re having a bad day I get it. But that’s being a server you have to put on a fake smile, she wasn’t rude but she didn’t show she cared about giving good service. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The biggest issue is that I asked to trade the chicken out for steak on the fettuccine Alfredo and was charged $10 extra dollars for it (She never told me there would be a difference.) I didn’t find out that it was a difference until I was paying. 1- the chicken Alfredo is $21 dollars, if you trade the chicken for steak it should be the same price maybe a small difference 2-the steak Gorgonzol

The service was great. Food is always the same at all locations. Atmosphere is always the same too

True was absolutely fantastic! He was so attentive, and held great conversation. He was so sweet and funny. If I could have him every time we came here, I would love it. He made this trip so memorable! He was the greatest server I’ve ever had even comparing to any other restaurant. Loved him!

While they are a little pricey, you get quite a bit more food compared to other, similarly priced restaurants. We went kind of late, so there weren't a ton of people inside. Our waitress was really polite, and made sure our cups stayed full. She checked on us often and was very attentive to our needs. The food was pretty good. I ordered the trio, I think it's called tour of Italy, and everything was delicious. I usually order a kids fettuccine because you really do get so much food. We had a positive experience dining in and will be returning.
