Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Service and atmosphere was superb. My food was very good & freshly prepared. I had lasagna which was very good. Unfortunately, my friend had raw chicken in her meal. The manager was very friendly & provided her with a free takeout meal, dessert & didn't charge for her original meal but it was disappointing. Waitress was excellent & very friendly.

I'd like to start off by saying Jasmine, our server was great! Super friendly, sweet, respectful and clearly hardworking. The food, on the other hand, disgusting! We started off with salad, breadsticks and soup. The salad had a big piece of cardboard in it. I ordered the steak gorgonzola Alfredo and the slab of meat was inedible. It was a large slab of fat that was severely undercooked and you could literally hold the meat up in its entirety by the long string of tendon that was attached and just dangling the entire length of the meat. This was truly one of the worst meals I have ever paid for. If not for the great service from Jasmine, this would've truly been a horrific experience. Unfortunately, you've lost 4 customers for life. We made an online reservation for a table for two on Valentine’s Day, and when we arrived, we only had to wait about five extra minutes. Considering how busy the night was—with just about everyone and their Valentine out—that was impressive. We were seated quickly and able to place our order right away. Our salad and drinks came out within about five minutes, which was a great start. The main dishes took around 25 minutes, which was understandable given how backed up the kitchen was. My wife ordered spaghetti, and I had spaghetti with meatballs. The food tasted good overall, but it arrived warm rather than hot, likely due to the volume of orders that night. Enjoyable experience. We were welcomed immediately, a small wait (less than 10 minutes, busy but not crowded) seated and drink orders were taken. Everything was delicious from beginning to end, salads, piping hot bread sticks, each entrée was exactly as described. Our server, William T, was very courteous and prompt. We look forward to returning on a future shopping date.

Went to Lunch with my Mom here at 11am around the time they opened sat right away we ordered and the food was cold to Luke warm my mom barely ate she didn't like it like we got the bottom of the soup barrel which is odd since they just opened! Our server was Diana P which was okay she was very short with us seemed annoyed if we asked for anything at 1 point I stopped asking and just wanted to leave did not feel welcomed at all..I thought maybe she had a bad morning but the table next to us she was really nice to them so I thought maybe she's prejudice then. The whole experience was just awful I will definitely not be going back there again!
