Fries undercooked, shrimp tacos are okay should invest in buzzers instead of just ringing a bell outside of your van. How are customers supposed to know which order is ready.
I ordered the quesabirria, and it was exceptional—easily some of the best I’ve had in Memphis. The flavors were rich, the food was fresh, and the service was genuinely polite and attentive. A great experience overall. Highly recommend.
The customer service is good, the food was hot and fresh! I got the papas locas. Will be returning to try something different on their menu. I had already ate some of the papas.
SO GOOD! We got the tacos with chorizo, pastor, and lengua. Not everyone can cook lengua well, but they can! Melt in your mouth beefy goodness. And that red sauce is just spicy enough! Don't get me started on the Papas Locos... Best thing I've eaten in a long time! We will definitely be back!
The best up and coming food truck in Memphis! Lidia and her team are always super friendly. There is not one bad item on that menu!
