On the Go Designer Deliveries

Saw horrible reviews and I was a little skeptical at first. But my order was delivered earlier than expected. Really happy!

On the Go has been my delivery service for quite some time. Every install has gone smoothly. Michaela and Amy have always been informative with deliveries and always send good crews to work on job sites. The prices are also very affordable.

They actually deserve a negative star, but since that's not possible, they get the undeserved one star. Very shady--- Steer clear of this company! They live up to the worst of their reviewers: incompetent, unprofessional and careless. They had our delivery (many items, too numerous to mention) for over a week and never called to schedule a time for drop-off. When we realized they had possession of our belongings for over a week, we called and were told they would try to deliver it in a week! We spoke with Amy and Tammy- typical dragons-at-the-gate who enjoy being rude and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and humanity in this company leaves me, in the words of another reviewer, speechless.

This is the most frustrating delivery company I have ever had to deal with. They will never answer the phone or call you back. We had a time set for a delivery and they changed it last minute and would not answer the phone. Also it seems like the only 5 star reviews they have are "coincidentally" the same names of the employees you can leave a voicemail for. The rest of the reviews are accurate with 1 star.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a vending machine for our company from Sam's Club. The machine sat in Charleston (where we are based at) for almost 2 weeks. I would have NEVER know it was there if I didn't check the tracking myself. Called, no answer. No return phone call. Called again, no answer. Called with an answer finally...she said she just "didn't go to pick it up that week"...she said she would call me monday when she picked it up to schedule a delivery, no phone call. I called and scheduled it. I was told to expect it the following monday at 930 AM. Didn't come until 245 PM. I was put on hold almost every phone call for no less than 5 minutes. I have filed a complaint, no response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with AND the rudest.
