On The Street Pitas

Sorry to have gotten this as a tourist of Ithaca. Quite frankly shocked at the 4.7 stars (as of this writing). The chicken pita was nothing special. Bland Tzatziki sauce, flavorless chicken, no zing in the Greek dressing. Got fries with the pita, half of which were extremely burned and fused together, which is amazing to me as this is a good truck and I received my meal in less time than it takes to reheat fries in the microwave. (That means that they double dropped these fries, which you should never do, aka they batch cooked them). Totally disappointing considering the price. The pita aren't even homemade, so far my dining experience in this city is lackluster at best.

Friendly staff. Falafel was OK. A hint spicy for those sensitive. The inside was slightly yellow perhaps it has some turmeric. Could’ve used a bit more salt.

$18, Chicken and gyro rice bowl with tons of locally sourced, farm fresh veggies (more fresh than most restaurants, and this is a food truck), olives, amazingly fresh feta, tzatziki... An amazingly delicious, nutrient dense meal, ready in 5 mins. You guys rock, thank you!

Amazing delicious fresh food! Moving on I would specially drive Ithaca from New york long island to eat Chicken over Rice bowl with salad on side. Best food truck i explored. Keep up the good work guys!❤️

We were interested in trying this truck since it so handy and we live middle Eastern food. We ordered the gyro salad/pita. It was fairly tasty, but for $13/ $14 the amount of food was very skimpy. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
