⭐️⭐️ Review for One Love Restaurant This is about my third attempt trying to get customer satisfaction from this restaurant, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. I ordered oxtails with peas and rice and specifically asked for extra gravy. The plate was already wrapped, and I was assured the extra gravy was included. When I got home, there was no extra gravy at all, and the food was too dry to eat. I called and then returned the food the next day. All they did was give me extra gravy—no replacement, no real resolution. Instead, they tried to justify why there was no gravy, which made it feel like I was being blamed. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be revisiting this restaurant again.

We ordered the jerk chicken sandwich. I was told that it was their signature sauce. It was between a cocoa bread. We ended up having to season the chicken back up with some epis and actually giving it some char. The sandwich was very bland and the cocoa bread was soggy in between because of the moisture of the tomato. It was nothing I would order again. I did enjoy the fries. I just feel as though the sandwich needed more love and flavor. At least have some char on the grilled chicken.

I ordered an escovitch fish dinner through Doordash. It was well seasoned and tasty, plenty of juice and the sides were delicious as well. I would order again!

So delicous, the service was amazing and the environment was nice and chill the ma’am behind the counter and the gentleman was very nice and the food is well worth the amount

The food is great. We got jerk chicken and chicken curry. Both were excellent and seasoned to perfection. We have leftovers and I can’t wait to eat them. Plenty of food at a good price. I can’t wait to come back
