One Spring Coffee Shop

what an actual gem this place. the coffee was amazing, the owner Ajay was a pleasure to hang with, and the vibe was perfect. i pulled open my laptop and got some work done, found some trinkets i couldn’t help but buy, and enjoyed some good music. the stuff inside the cafe was such nice quality. great taste. the decor was well put together and gave such a home’y feel. parking right in the back was free and plenty of spots, as well as a door right into the cafe. can’t say enough. well priced, high quality, amazing taste, and friendly people. will for sure come back

I'm always on the hunt for new coffee shops to work at remotely while I sip on a latte or tea! I found this coffee shop in Syosset from Google! I was pleasantly surprised with how cute the atmosphere was inside, how kind the staff was, and how delicious my latte was. I even came back the very next day! It's nice and quiet and relaxing to get work done. They also have plugs and wifi which is great for remote work! There's bar seating and a few tables. What I also love is they have games to play! I came with a friend and played chess :) Definitely recommend checking this place out!!

I love having coffee every morning and I ve been to so many coffee shops around Long Island. This coffee shop stands out. It’s a hidden gem with a very nice atmosphere and so many varieties of coffees to choose from that you literally get lost in the menu. Barista is very friendly , explainable and makes really good coffee. Also, there is ice cream and croissants filled with chocolate that makes it the ideal place for those who are seeking to combine their coffee with some delicious snacks. Service was great and coffee was outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars to this place , I would definitely do that.If you re in New York and u like coffee, please do yourself a favor and try the best coffee in Long Island.I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been on the hunt to find a new local favorite and I think this spot might be it - today was my first time at One Spring which might be too early to leave a review but I couldn’t help myself. The barista was so sweet and kind! He took the time to make my “iced vanilla oat latte” while making conversation about some of the new menu updates that are soon to come. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when I took my first sip, as the coffee was so ?? creamy and yum. I’m looking forward to being back soon! The overall atmosphere of the shop is certainly very quiet as other reviews have mentioned but I feel like that’s very helpful when one is trying to sit down and just focus on getting some work done.
