Oneonta Bagel Co

This place is similar to a place in Liverpool NY called Bagelicous. Same atmosphere, same menu selection, and even the proximity locally is familiar. It makes a city street and strip mall the same ideas. Serving bagels throughout the day is also a somewhat unique idea that may or may not have originated in Upstate NY, Like Liverpool and Oneonta. The only argument for this idea is recognizing an urban center like Buffalo NY for the same reasons in creating unique cuisine or marketing ideas.

My new favorite bagel shop! The bagels are good and the food made into them is delicious! Tastes like home food and love and care was made with it. Price is cheaper than my bagel shop by home! I got ham, bacon, egg, and cheese and asked for over easy eggs so it was a tad bit messy but it was my request. The customer service is out of this world! Told them that I’m new to the area and have never been there (passing by because of work) and they walked me through everything. Even gave me an iced coffee that I drank black because I’m so tired but was surprised by how unexpectedly good it was! Bottomline is: Outstanding service, Chill atmosphere, and amazing food made with love and care! Would definitely recommend!!

An unambiguous upgrade from the Latte Lounge: the kitchen delivers real flavor—every dish is seasoned like they mean it—and the cooks honor custom requests without the eye-roll upcharge. Portions land on the generous side of satisfying, and the check arrives at a price that feels almost charitable. The single asterisk: posted hours seem to be more suggestion than promise, so call ahead or risk a locked door.

The food here is great the staff is generally really nice. And the price is great. I wish they were open longer as they are only open till two every day. But they must be doing something right because the place is always packed

Stopped in for a quick bite this morning. We come to this area a lot. No problem taking our order, but we waited for 34 minutes for an egg and cheese bagel, and a breakfast burrito. They insisted on up charging me for choosing hash browns instead of meat in the burrito. Several parties came in after us and got their food before us. We had somewhere to be so we asked to cancel the order and they would not. Still had to wait several minutes for the food. No apology and didn’t admit they were wrong. Too stressful for mediocre food. And eggs were not prepared as asked. Not worth $30!
