Overall, my experience at One Speed was great. This was my third or fourth time visiting, which I felt gave me the experience needed to write a proper review. For this meal, we ordered a side of olives, a side of fries with aioli, and of course, a pizza. I chose the "Rick's Pizza." I wasn't the biggest fan of this one, as the combination of the olives and goat cheese made it a bit too tangy or tart for my taste. However, I did really like the crispy potatoes on it. The french fries were very good and had a nice salty flavor, which I consider a plus, and the side of aioli was great for dipping. I'd rate their pizzas overall about an 8.5 out of 10. While I didn't love the pizza I ordered this time, the crust was excellent, and I've had their other pizzas before which were delicious. So, alth

I know this is primarily a pizza and pasta place, but the herb fries were actually the best fries I have had in a while. They were thin cut and crispy and just delicious! We also ordered the margherita pizza and devoured all of it. It was my first visit and they were quite busy, but service was excellent nonetheless. We'll be back for more.

The food is amazing! Even the simple things are extra delicious. They have some imaginative creations. I would highly recommend.

This place is an institution. The pizza always hits but don't miss the salads and specials. Frito Misto is a must and the house white wine is unbelievable value. This review was made in connection with a Toast promotion.
