Onigiri Burgers

Must try for yourself. If you want to experience sushi flavor in another way, this is the place. The “tacos” are massive and you get full with just one. The torch tuna was out favorite. The “burger” style was also really good. Super fun and friendly staff.

Parking lot was very small, full and busy but we managed to get a spot quickly and close. Ordered to-go and tried 4 different entrees. We got peking duck roll appetizer, grilled chicken musubi(wrapped in seaweed), chicken katsu nori (looks like taco), and the pork katsu burger. Everything was delicious! We live 45 mins away and will definitely be going back again in near future. Highly recommend! They do have a bathroom available for customers. Easy to read menu. Very nice staff working.

We went for the boba but then saw this place and wanted to check it out. M the owner was so nice. She explained everything in the menu patiently. She gave us suggestions and made the food match to our preferences. I thought it was just something like sushi style in different shape, but the ingredients were super fresh and their house sauce was delicious. Reasonable price.

Obviously the name brought us in out of curiosity, but the experience cemented this as my new obsession (I don’t live in sac). The menu is a creative blend of Japanese sushi dishes served in the style of tacos and “burgers” (like rice and seaweed buns). They had a phenomenal deal going on when we went where it was buy two get three free. The portions are so big that we had too much food but amen worth it. It’s themed like a fast food burger shop—even comes in cute wrappers and sleeves. The seating area is a bit more like a normal restaurant but in time I’m sure they’ll stylize it more to match. Onigiri Burgers is such a unique and fun place at eat! The rice burgers are delicious and perfectly made . The flavor are amazing and the presentation is great. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.
