Ono Hawaiian BBQ

10/27/25, clean restaurant, good service and the Island Fire Chicken mini meal did not disappoint. Kudos to the cook. It came out perfect.

The food was good. Chicken took a while to cook. At least it was fresh. Vibrant colors and outdoor seating. No military discount

Drive through always takes forever. I understand the food is fresh but you could have the cars park in front to make the drive through more efficient. If you have time, drive through is perfect. If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else. Inside some employees are professional and some are not. Some act like it’s a bother to help you. Some are very kind.

I picked up a very tasty Hawaiian combo plate today No veggies xtra rice please! 5 Stars cuz that’s exactly what I got Great flavors on the chicken and beef Rice was perfectly made cuz I love my rice and the Mac salad was so good! Atmosphere was great pleasant area clean and the wait - not long at all. I recommend this restaurant!

I ordered a plate with bbq beef and short ribs. I get my receipt and she charged me for the bbq mix plate and took off the chicken. But I paid full price as if the chicken were on it. I called and she said they give more of the other meats if one is taken off but there is literally 1 piece of short rib in here. You just overcharged me. I couldn’t even take it back because I was on my lunch for work. Will never return. $18 for this plate half full.
