Customer Reviews
My husband and I visited Onoya Ramen during our stay in O'ahu. It was a perfect choice for a cool and rainy evening. Upon arrival, the restaurant wasn't busy, and we were promptly seated. There are plenty of tables and chairs for dining in. Once seated, it took a while for our server to greet us and take our order. When our server finally arrived, we decided to order everything at once. We opted for the vegetable gyoza, vegan fire ramen, and shrimp won ton ramen. The gyoza arrived quickly, hot and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The ramen, on the other hand, took a bit longer to come out. Once it arrived, it was good, but the portion sizes were slightly smaller than we were used to. However, both ramen bowls were flavorful.
First time trying this new restaurant since they took over the spot. Very popular place, slight wait for about. Parking is shared, so it a challenge. I thought the food was just average. Nothing that really stood out. So such a popular place, I thought it would be better.
After a full day of shopping, the family was starving, and on a nice, chill day, ramen felt like the perfect choice. We’re hardly ever in town, so we decided to stop by Onoya Ramen, and it hit the spot. The char siu was excellent, rich and tender, and the punny atmosphere made the whole experience even more fun.
the site of the old Sanoya Restaurant has finally been revived again and thankfully by it's original business owners. although I do miss the late nights with a combo set and sharing 30 pieces of gyoza with friends. the familiarity of the location coupled with the new interior design and food aesthetics gives everything a nice feel. welcome back sano I mean onoya 🤙
Great food and great service. The crispy chicken was awesome. The spicy ramen was also fantastic.
