I do not usually give reviews. If I could give a zero, I would, but since I can’t it’s a 1. OnTrac does not have access to military installations. They unfortunately are usually not listed as a carrier for many businesses on their websites and I assume they don’t share their limitations with the business that wish to use them. OnTrac should be more transparent with businesses and customers. I am also reaching out to the businesses to encourage them not to use OnTrac. In an area with many military installations and military families, OnTrac should not accept business if they cannot complete the service. In less than four hours I was notified my package was out for delivery, could not be delivered, reached out to customer service and received an email my package was returned to the sender.

I am submitting this review after repeated delivery failures by OnTrac to my valid military installation address. This has not happened once — it has happened multiple times. Both large retailers and small businesses have been affected. A Target order was returned to sender twice. An Etsy small business had to reship my order three separate times at their own expense because OnTrac marked the packages as undeliverable. In one instance, a Target order was split into two shipments scheduled for the same day. The UPS shipment was delivered without issue. The OnTrac shipment was returned — twice. OnTrac’s stated reason was “access code needed,” which is inaccurate. Military installations require drivers to present a valid government-issued ID. Other carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) deliver here

****OnTrac Needs Jesus and Prayer***Just like every other review, the service and delivery of items is Horrible. Zero accountability and Zero confirmation. I don't understand how this company is A+ rated, when it should be a "F" for failure on aspects. I have provided delivery instructions, and confirmation of delivery address and everything that OnTrac requested I provided to them and still NOTHING. This company is horrible, and needs prayers. Please pray that the Lord forgives them and provides them with clarity and purpse to do good and to fulfill the purpose of the Lord and not the purpose to make money.

I know that ALoT of us wish we could leave -star reviews for this trash delivery company. Not a single person here cares about the delivery service to the military community. They claim not to have an access code but in reality they dont even call or attemp to deliver. Countless times we and when I say we I mean all the people living in the Army installation have requested to meet the drivers at the gate for delivery and they just return our items to sender leaving us without our packages. Do better or stop receiving packages with zipcodes you dont have access to!!!!

How are you guys even still in business? I have yet to receive a package shipped using you. Consistently get sent the same picture of a house that isn't mine with my packages stuck in the gate of the yard that isn't mine, not even the front door, just stuck in some random yard somewhere. I have called merchants and asked to pay extra just to ensure FedEx or UPS delivers my packages to save myself the headache of dealing with this joke of a company.
