OnTrac

I ordered winter boots that were supposed to be delivered 12/3. I just had a baby and my feet grew, leaving me no boots to wear during the Chicago winter. There have already been two snowfalls in the time since they were supposed to be delivered. First, the package was “delayed” and then delivery was “attempted” with them saying they need an access code to leave the package. I live in a house, there is no access code. I tried contacting the company and the phone line is disconnected. All you have is a chatbot. I can’t cancel my order either, i have already had to buy new boots and no longer want them. Edited to add that it said package was delivered today and it never was. There is no record of anything on ring cameras, no photo provided confirming delivery, and package was claimed to be

Terrible. Ordered from kohls. Was supposed to get my package last Friday. It’s Tues night and they keep sending me notifications that I need to contact them because they need additional information. I called every number on the site they will not put you in contact with anything but an AI chat box. They said they will cancel my order if I do not get ahold of them. Who am I supposed to get ahold of? Worst delivery service ever. It says the package has been in the town I live in since last Friday… and how did I receive half the order but they still need additional information. I’m going to lose out on Black Friday deals and have to reorder because OnTrac sucks.

This is by far the WORST facility and company I've ever had to deal with. They sent back my package to the seller because they "attempted" to deliver my package. There was no attempt what's so ever. Then, when I reordered my item again and paid extra for me to receive it in two days, I received the same text that they attempted to deliver but there was an issue. The customer service chat is no help either. They're rude and are so quick to end the conversation when asking for an explanation as to why an item was not delivered. There may be a lot of Kathy's that work on Ontrac but if your name is Kathy and work for customer service maybe work at Weiner Circle so you can be rude all you want. Never receive im going go on Channel 7 with Samantha in Chicago to fine out why People not receiving a packages. This is horrible four days and I still haven’t received my package. Keep saying delay, delay delay they need the closest place down, but I’m gonna call channel 7 news and get some justice for the people.

If I could I'd say 0 stars. They didn't even deliver it to my address. They delivered it to my complex office WHICH HAS ITS OWN ADDRESS. I'm disabled so this makes it very hard to get my packages when they can't read a damn address correctly 😡😡😡 luckily my hubs is home to get it, but its still very inconvenient for us. I hate this service.
