i wished it was possible to put zero star. I had the worst experience with this Carrier. I bought some Items from Nike which usually uses FedEx and UPS I have set up delivery exception with these companies to avoid theft. Nike this time chose Ontrac I got nervous since I knew their bad records for packages missing. Therefore I got in touch with their client service the day prior to the delivery and tried to arrange a delivery that could find me at home. Little that I know this request was tossed in the trash and they still allegedly "delivered" the package by my door with picture. I sent the super get the package before its get stolen it took him about 45mn to get to my door it was gone. I don't now if the driver actually took the picture and stole the package or any random thief stole it.

Absolutely the worst delivery service. I left instructions for the driver to call me which he did not. Then he delivered to the wrong building competely. When I contacted them I was told to wait 2 business days then call the seller. They took no reponsibility at all for delivering to the wrong address then when I asked what they were going to do they ended the conversation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.

Wow, I went to write a negative review - which I rarely do - and noticed 636 out of 652 reviewers beat me to it. And yes, I can confirm this company really is that bad. Ebay seller used On Trac. They have a form for delivery instructions. I clicked the boxes for M-F only. I set the times to 8am-5pm. I wrote in the notes "no after hours or weekend delivery. Hand to receptionist - "DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE". Got an automated message that my delivery instructions were received and set. They delivered at 8:30pm on Friday night, left it outside the door. I had to get in my car and drive an hour round trip to get it. Our neighborhood is not the best, that package would have been gone by Monday and quite frankly I was lucky it was there an hour later. No way to contact them to complain.

I've never written a review before ever in my life, but I feel obligated to let people know that this is the worst shipping company known to man. It's a shame that we have to rate it at least one star, because they deserve negative 5. I've never had a successful experience with them ever in my life and judging by the reviews, neither has anyone else. Every package I order and I see it's shipped by OnTrac I let out an audible sigh and pray that my package sees the light of day. There are also no real customer service agents and they'll just tell you to take it up with the shipper. I wish companies would stop using them.

This is the single worst company I have dealt with in the last several years. I had a third package in less than two years lost by OnTrac. They don’t care, their customer service is unavailable and when they are available they are absolutely no help. The response is always “wait another 48 hours.” They will tell you that 5 times before you start to realize it is a standard response. I find it strange that shippers even use them. Each package that they have conveniently “lost” has had over $250 in goods inside. Seems unusual that less than 50% of my packages that are shipped through them ever get to me, yet the major carriers like FedEx, ups, she—they have never lost a single package of mine. Suggestion for OnTrac-hire better, more trustworthy people, develop better processes and stop lying
