Oola Bowls West Chester

Their bowls and smoothies are great - that goes without saying. But their vibe is also great — their upstairs is cozy and a hidden gem in downtown West Chester. Great staff as well — shoutout to Deonna!

Came in for a quick smoothie and was really disappointed with the service. My smoothie wasn’t blended properly and was full of chunks. While waiting, I also noticed a mouse trap on the floor, which was extremely concerning. One of the smoothies even had a gnat in it, and I had to hand it back to the employee completely unacceptable. The Green Popeye smoothie didn’t have any peanut butter either, which it normally does around the inside of the cup. Overall, very disappointed with this experience.

The acai bowls are amazing! I got the ootella bowl and substituted the almond dust for peanut butter. It was so good and the small portion was plenty to fill me up. They give you a lot of toppings. I also enjoyed the lemonade it was very fresh. We tried the oola bites which were very good, especially the Nutella ones. Us and some other customers were in the store waiting out the rain and one of the employees, Mike, gave us all free samples of the soft serve. The dragonfruit soft serve was outstanding. I will definitely have to get that next time. The girls behind the counter had great customer service skills. I will definitely be returning.

Best açaí bowls in West Chester without a doubt. Ingredients are so fresh. Staff is super friendly as well. I will absolutely keep coming back, do yourself a favor and try it out!
