OPA Life Greek Cafe

Super expensive for sub par food and poor service. The owner was walking around the plaza and talked my husband and I into going here. He told us it was the best food at West Gate. We were greeted by a friendly lady who took us to our table and said she would be our waitress. We ordered a chicken pita and a falafel pita despite the price which was $23.95 & 24.95 each. The food came out quickly and was disappointed. The side Greek salad was drenched in dressing, the pita bread was soft and fluffy like white wonder bread and the falafels has so much hummus that they were soggy. The chicken was good though. Our waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. Once we finished we waited 25 minutes to get our bill . Our waitress kept flying by us quickly without acknowledging

First time there. Tried to get seated on a Friday night. They had 2 doors open, both with "Wait to be seated" signs. Apparently, we went to the wrong one. After waiting 5 minutes, with others queuing behind us, someone came over to tell us to move to the other door to wait, rather than seating us. Upon our confusion, she at least said she could guide us there. Plenty of open seats, too. Too bad, won't be going back. First impressions mean a lot.

Came here before a concert. We were seated on the patio and promptly ignored for about 20 minutes. We pointed this out and received an apology and got our drink order taken. A server came by and took our orders. After waiting for another 30-40 minutes and then the server came out to tell us our food was given to another table and they would remake it. We waited another 10 min or so and left as the show was about to start. We spent about 90 min at the restaurant and never received our food.

First visit experience: Upon arrival, I waited at the front to be seated and was briefly told "someone will be with you in a minute" in a rushed, unwelcoming manner, without a greeting or smile. Shortly after, your server who was the only one working approached us with a warm glowing smile, ,greeted us politely despite having food in her hands, immediately made us feel welcome. She was attentive, professional, and truly a highlight of our visit. I later learned that the initial individual was the manager, which was disappointing, as I did not observe her assisting the server or engaging with guest. The only reason I am leaving a 4-star review and not a 3 is because of the excellent service provided by your server. While the service from your server was excellent and appreciated, I hope fut
