Origin Craft Beer & Pizza Cafe (Palmer Ranch)

We randomly walked into Origin Craft Beer & Pizza Cafe for lunch today. I have two words to summarize our food and service experience: “very impressed”. The place is very casual and relaxed. We did not try any beer this time. We had Siesta Sand pizza and chicken wings. Superb! Creative pizza toppings are delicious. Those naked chicken wings are probably the best ones that I have ever had. They were perfectly seasoned, flavorful, tasty but not salty at all. Our waitress was so precessional, cheerful and helpful. This is definitely a great food discovery for us to come back often.

Honestly so disappointed in what i received I will never be back. This was my first time trying this pizza place and I ordered a half pan Sicillian tonight to try them out which is advertised as thick crust. I got home and opened the box and I’ve never seen such a disappointing pizza. Not only was it thinner than my finger nail it was as hard as a rock. Please save your money and find a different pizza place.

First of all: thank you so much for being open the day after Hurricane Milton. We so appreciate your service and food! This was my first time here and it was so good!! We got the falafel platter and it was so crispy and perfectly seasoned. We got the meatballs to try — they were okay. My Italian Nana makes them homemade for me, so it’s hard to compare to Nana. Our main dish was a pizza! We got half cheese and half ricotta and pesto. PHENOMENAL!! It was so good. Everyone is super friendly. They were all warm and welcoming and constantly had a smile on their faces, given the circumstances. The service was fast and the food was great! I wasn’t a fan of the ranch, but I’m a self proclaimed ranch connoisseur and I won’t dock them for my pickiness LOL I prefer a homemade ranch over a restaurant

I had a gluten free cauliflower crust with red sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, black olives and a swirl of pesto. As most gluten free crusts go, it was thin and mostly crunchy. Not Origin's fault. But even after adding Parmesan cheese, I had to add salt. The pizza was OK, not sure if I'll go back. So hard to find a good gluten free pizza that's not like eating crunchy cardboard and being charged an arm and a leg for it.
