Orlando's Bakery and Deli

I usually don’t write reviews but I hope this one will bring a change for the better. I moved to Lodi back in 2015 and I really liked coming to Orlandos in the mornings before work because it’s a block away from my house. My sandwiches always tasted the same when Carlos or the other buddy at the grill made them - but that changed since they left and I’m feeling cheated ever since. Every time I order a bagel with veggie cream cheese in the mornings, I literally get a plain bagel with nothing on it! Please see for yourself. I’m a nice guy and I tip every time but I had enough - Will come back when someone else takes care of the business in the mornings.

Very disappointed. I don't know what happened to this place. Yesterday I stopped in to get sandwiches for dinner. The place looked very empty. No cookies in the cabinet, except foe the old ones the owner was wrapping on a platter to sell. The cake area had minimal items and you can tell they were sitting there awhile. The deli had old looking food on display. The beverage cabinets were dirty and hardly anything in there. It used to be nice in there, especially during the holidays. Don't get me wrong, they had a tree up and all, but it was not welcoming at all in there. Sorry, I won't be going there anymore. Much more clean, welcoming delicious Italian bakery in Saddle Brook I will be going to.

So disappointed my daughter and I went there for lunch ordered 2 hero sandwiches, unfortunately we didn't get to see them before being placed in a brown paper bag, got home, like since when is a hero sandwich served on a round roll? 3 slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese, I had more lettuce on there then I cared for. Will never go there again. Such a shame it once was a great bakery. No stuffed bread, one whole cookie counter was empty, very little pastry. Sorry you lost a customer, service was very poor also

The breakfast menu is disappointing. I asked for a Taylor ham egg and cheese.. what I got was the thinnest slice of Taylor ham I have ever had. Imagine going to a deli asking for them to slice that as thin as possible, but now slice that an extra half. 1 egg on it. And a stale godawful rock-hard bagel to put that garbage onto. Ca-CHIING!! A little over 4 bucks for that... If there was nowhere to eat I would eat my toe nails before getting anything from this place. I have no clue how these people are in business. I give this place an F-

Loved the fresh made bread!! I had an amazing Italian hero when I got home. Did not get to try the pastries yet but will do ASAP! Staff was so pleasant and will go back there again and again!
