They have really good seafood and it’s fresh, but lately the shrimp ceviche has too much veins left im going to call and complain.

I was disappointed! I bought fresh oysters and when I got home/ready to prep them, some of them were opened (unable to eat) so that took from what I was able to make for the family! My advice, open the bag and check each oyster so that your able to enjoy what you pay for!! This place was recommended to me..

As a long-time customer, I’m genuinely disappointed. I stopped in after having lunch elsewhere, simply hoping to cool down and enjoy a michelada. I was denied service and told, “this isn’t a bar.” The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The way I was looked at made the situation feel unnecessary and unwelcoming. If there is a policy regarding alcohol service, it should be clearly posted and applied consistently to everyone. My company has used Ortegas for catering at multiple events, but based on this experience, I’ll need to reconsider where we take our business moving forward. I hope management takes the time to review their policies and ensure they are communicated clearly and enforced fairly. Been coming here my entire life, the food here is amazing and I always love to bring my friends and family. The tacos, plates, and burritos are all so amazing!

A huge variety of seafood and standard Mexican dishes. We had the whole fried fish and a carnitas burrito. Delicious, fresh and quick.
