Delicious food service was quick atmosphere is just what it is because it's in the mall food court so they have no control over that.

What is expected at a Mall food court. Expensive food, mall atmosphere and a chow line. Food was ok, filled me up with no regrets. Service was non existent, give order, they give you a bag to fill up with forks, napkins and your food. They do offer extra scoops of teriyaki sauce if you want. And you go seat yourself and clean up after yourself. They do expect a tip for no service #notipfornoservice .

Gerardo was an amazing cashier! He was nice, sweet and detailed about what I wanted. They didn't have any cold tea's and he made sure to get me a cup of ice with a straw. I also don't like cooked veggies, but he let me know he wasn't able to give me any of them unless they were cooked. Awesome service! Make him a manager!

I got food poisoning today on January 10th 2026. I eat here all the time never had a problem until today. I went home and got so sick to my stomach. My stomach hurt so bad and I was on the toilet for long time getting that food out of me. I will never eat there again.

Food was wonderful; service was fast, professional and the employees were kind and made it a point to smile...look like they didn't have to try hard, they were just those "Customer Service Oriented" kind of people. Love it. Again, customer service is a big part of my make or break reviews. Five stars to Osaka Japan food at the food court.
