We went right when they opened up.. The service was superb and the waiter was so excellent we tipped $10.. The prices were reasonable and I will definitely be back soon..

They served me old rotten salmon and old mushy vegetables. Called them to have them remake it but the manager wouldn’t come to phone to professionally address the issue. They told me it was nothing they can do about selling me old expired food. I’ll just have to report them to health department and dispute payment. AVOID THIS LOCATION…never experienced this service or lack of from the other locations. This is my first time trying this location and I will never be back. YUCK !

Usually, I don’t have issues with this location but lately they have been slipping. This is supposed to be a salad roll. Which should be wrapped in fresh cucumber. IT IS NOT fresh by any means. I was asked to send pictures for refund. Its been 5 days and now I’m having to chase my coins. Unacceptable! We all know the price of food these days!

Ordered a takeout vegetable fried rice and it indeed came with 3 kernel corns and 2 pieces of carrot shavings. I called to ask why was the food only fried rice, and apparently this is how they serve “vegetable fried rice”. Tried to gaslight me into feeling like vegetables were in the rice. What do y’all think? ZERO peas

Called in an order on my lunch. Osaka got the order wrong. I was unable to return due to work and obligations after work. Simply asked for a refund and was consistently told no, they couldn’t do that. I don’t understand.
