Osake - Japanese Hibachi and Sushi

Neat hole in the wall. Husband and I really enjoyed it here! Food was delicious, pricing was great and service was good. Some of the quickest service I’ve ever received too!

Let me start by saying I have lived in covington my entire life, and for about 10 years I always went to Tokyo for my birthday dinner. I LOVE hibachi. We have stopped going to Tokyo because the prices are insane, the failed health inspection, and they added a 20% gratuity fee to our bill so we almost double tipped. It just felt shady and the food has gone so downhill. We finally tried Osake last night……… we are NEVER going back to Tokyo. The prices are AMAZING and actually fair, way better than Tokyo. The food was DELICIOUS. The servers were all so kind to us and our toddler son. The sushi tasted fresh and yummy. The miso soup is to die for. The restaurant was so clean. This is definitely going to be our new spot and I’m begging you to just try it out. You will not be disappointed! I canno

10/10 recommend. Service was amazing. food presentation was on point. and flavor profiles knocked it out the park. Playgirl Roll, Caterpillar Roll, Hwy 278 Roll, and Super Tiger Roll - all were fantastic. cant go wrong with the Twisted spring rolls either - got a spicy kick but balanced.

Our first time here, and everything went great! We had a very attentive and fast server. She was so kind and moved us to a booth bc she guessed we would be more comfortable than where we had been sat. Our salad and soup came out immediately after placing our order. The Boom Boom Roll was delicious as our appetizer. I ordered the salmon hibachi and my husband ordered the filet hibachi. Both meals were excellent! We really loved the teriyaki sauce! We will definitely be going back!
