Ottimo on 5th - Cucina & Bar

Let me start with saying the food here is amazing. From starters to the pastas we were in love. Food 10/10. Service not so much. The hostess was quite rude when asked if we had a reservation (we did not but the restaurant was empty). Our server was attentive but the only time he smiled was after he saw he got tipped. Still with that being said would absolutely come back for the food!

From the minute we walked into Ottimo, the staff make us feel welcomed…the food was pleasantly top notch…started w meatballs and beef carpaccio followed with tagliatelle and lasagna which both were amazingly excellent. What a wonderful Italian restaurant! I love good Italian and this is the spot! Between the meatballs, risotto and limoncello—we will definitely be back! We got a bottle of the limoncello for the holiday because it was so good! We met the owners Lydia and Edmond—couldn’t be nicer people! Loved coming here with my son for a little date night and looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful place! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed — you can actually talk because the music isn’t too loud. The outdoor tables are lovely, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the lobster ravioli — perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Special thanks to our servers Sandra and Mende — so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly, they made our evening truly enjoyable. Overall, everything was beyond excellent. We’ll definitely be back! 💛

Delicious! We came with a big group and were able to try a bunch of different things. Everything was perfect. Appetizers: Beet Salad, Caesar Salad, and Waygu Carpaccio. Dinner: Seafood pasta, Ottimo pizza, Bolognese, Marsala. Dessert: Affogato, Crème Brûlée, and Lava Cake. Zero complaints, we loved it all. Great service and atmosphere.
