Our Cookie House

I stopped in around 7:40 pm tonight after dinner next door. It was my first visit and I was excited to try the cookies after seeing them online. Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed the experience. There was no greeting, no smile, and when I mentioned it was my first time .. I was met with “What do you want?” in a dismissive tone. After I paid, the cookies were thrown down on the counter. GOOD food should come with GOOD customer service and sadly I will not be back.

These cookies are amazing! Big, crisp but soft when you bite into them! We have them shipped to us when we are out of town, so worth the cost! You won’t be disappointed. Lemon snap is my favorite but I have tried so many flavors and they are all yummy!!!

Very fresh and large cookies that are moist and is enough of a dessert for 2 . Although the sugar could be a pinch less.

best cookie spot EVER!! I don't live in Washington but I come up here several times a year to visit family, and i will definitely be visiting this place whenever I get the chance! my family loved the cookies, even my mom who is not a huge fan of sweets. the big chain cookies are nothing compared to these. the atmosphere is chill and the girl who helped us out was very patient and polite as my family and I argued over which flavors to get lol... the birthday cake, cookies and cream, and cookie butter are my favorites. give this place a try, you won't regret it!

This is a wonderful place to come get cookies. They are fresh and they don't have an abundance of them because they make them fresh everyday and so sometimes you have to wait and that's a good thing because everybody likes warm nice cookies cookie ice cream sandwiches that's a plus all by itself come down and check them out. Who wants a cookie with the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on top? YES please
