Oyako Sushi

My husband and I enjoy eating here. The sushi is as fresh as you can get. Everything we’ve had so far has been delicious! First visit, we ordered the Love Boat to share which included two Mizo soups and house salads (the ginger dressing has roe in it and is to die for!) Second visit I had the Sushi/Sashimi Combo and hubby had the Sushi Deluxe (both included the Mizo soup and house salad as well) It is a BYOB restaurant which I actually prefer as to not be over charged for a glass of wine! This will definitely be our go to place for Sushi/sashimi!!

Best sushi in York! Along with pretty solid prices. They've got some blown out speakers that they play their music through that can be a bit annoying to some, but I'd still definitely recommend them.

This place is the worst! Ordered spicy tuna… And California roll spicy, and they both came looking the exact same way and tasted like straight, canned tuna fish!! It smelled and tasted awful. We couldn’t eat it.. The owner was cracking his own crab legs at the table the only one working and we needed a box he came and got the box went back to his crab legs didn’t wash his hands, then brought us more silverware. We got one piece of a napkin each to split this place is going downhill ! There was more rice on each piece of sushi then there was meat for the sushi. It was awful full of rice.!! Place was not clean. Bathroom was filthy. Do not eat here please we both had stomach aches when we got home.

My husband and I are here at least once a month. Absolutely love their sushi. We usually get the dinner for 2. Comes with appetizer, 2 soups or salads and 4 rolls. We usually add a 5th. Definitely our favorite place, we leave stuffed, and it’s only about $70-80 for the both of us. Our favorites are the volcano roll, shaky dog and valentine roll. Also enjoy the cha cha and twins shrimp, but so many other good ones as well.

This is our favorite sushi and fried rice place. Love the spring rolls and gyoza. Fried rice options are delicious and not as soy 'salty' as most other places. Lots of gluten free options
