Very neat, organized, and clean facility. Plenty of computers, no need for library card, you can utilize for an hour as a guest. Staff is super sweet and kind. Extremely helpful, especially Mr. John! Big shout out to him, as the printer was unresponsive, he quickly acted to assist in handling my important docs with extreme care and made copies elsewhere. Thank you Mr. John—you’re the best!

Wonderful small library with very helpful employees. Use the books on hold feature and never disappointed in receiving books in a timely manner.

Yesterday, I visited this library for the first time. I will say it's definitely the smaller library in Waldorf... compared to the Waldorf West Branch. I usually go there, but they're closed due to HVAC issues. They could install more computers. I was lucky enough to get 1 that was available, but would've been standing there waiting if every one was occupied. There were also a few loud adolescent/teenage boys that were cursing up a storm while my 2 year old was by me. The librarian didn't really correct them or say much. She was smiling and engaging with them.

Mostly everything about my experience with this library was been positive, especially the books and activities for children. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was pleased to see the police presence there to oversee the safety of library patrons and hope to see that frequent monitoring of this establishment continues.

I've been a resident for two years in this area and have never used this library. My wife told me that the staff was very helpful so I decided to give it a try and man was I impressed by the front desk guy by the name of "moe" took so much time helping me retrieve a email that had a Doctor's note attached to it so I can print it. I as was very exhausted coming in, and I wasn't feeling well health wise. Thank You!!! *I even took the time to get a library card.
