In a place unexpected. A diamond in the rough/a hole in the wall type of place. We tried the fruit tart cake for the first time ever today at a birthday party where our son attended. As soon as the party finished, we went straight to the bakery and bought one. The fruit is fresh, the cake light and moist, with just the right amount of sweetness to not over power the fruit,. What amazed us the most was the texture, which had a flaky layer within the cake that was a delightful surprise! A discovered hidden gem!

Ordered the full sheet fruit tart cake for a work anniversary and it was enough to feed about 50 people. Everyone was gushing about how beautiful the cake was! The fruit was so fresh and the different layers created a great texture. The staff at the store were very nice. I can't wait to eat this cake again!!

We love getting our fruit tart cakes here! The fruit is always fresh and arranged beautifully on top. Sponge cake in the middle is light and heavenly. The leftovers (very rare occurrence) are still just as delicious and the flaky crust stays crispy even with the custard. Every time we bring one of their fruit cakes to a gathering, people absolutely love it and ask where we got it from. The bakery is a bit confusing to locate since it's inside the food court but it's not impossible. Parking lot for the shopping center can be tight sometimes. For extra large cakes, it's recommended to call at least a day ahead of time so they can have it ready. Small and medium sizes are always available to pick up for walk-ins. They even have individual slices ready for you to enjoy after having lunch. Yo

One of the hidden gems in the area! You wouldn't think a small bakery in a food court would offer such delicious cake. Fresh fruit toppings, light whip cream, crispy layer and fluffy cake for a fair price. It's a great value for what you get and you just can't find anywhere else. This is a place that my family will come back over and over when we are getting a cake. (The ladies here are very friendly as well)

The cake was absolutely delicious! So fresh and flavorful, topped with the perfect amount of fresh fruit. Beautifully made and tasted even better than it looked!
