Pacific Catch

We were there for lunch on a Monday. There was no wait for a party of five and we took advantage of the special Feel good 5 bowl menu. Ingredients were fresh and service was good. Will probably visit again for dinner soon.

Pacific Catch in Walnut Creek is an average American seafood restaurant located in the downtown shopping area. The food and service were fine and met expectations, but nothing stood out. It’s a convenient place to stop for a meal if you’re taking a break from shopping nearby.

Pretty good seafood and Hawaiian fusion place. Tried a new menu item, Hawaiian Mac salad. It has edamame instead of peas and the macaroni was al dente instead of soft. It was good, just different. Burger was good along with the side salad. Salmon was really good. Poke with guacamole and chips was also good. Have had the sticky ribs in the past the this is my normal go to.

It had been a long time since I dined at Pacific Catch. I enjoyed the decor and comfort of the restaurant immediately. We chose a booth. Kevin our server was on point and was present as we needed with an easy personality. I had the Salmon Chowder which was a first for me and I was very happy. The base of the Chowder was particularly good and a bit different than what I expected. My wife had the Serrano Poke which she enjoyed very much and the portion was generous. Ultimately we chose other starters because our first round of starters filled us up. The Calamari was good as I expected and I really enjoyed the Kimchi Fried Rice. We look forward to going back to Pacific Catch soon!

Love this place. Visited couples times now and always perfect, very attentive waiter, great atmosphere. Halibut was to die for, everything is super tasty and they have Hawaiian draft beer.
