Pacific Point

Amazing service and amazing food in a perfect setting. Not only is the resort top notch but the food options are up there as well. One place in particular is Pacific Point which offers high top seating, bar seating, and a very comfortable outdoor space as well. My wife and I had an early dinner one evening in the bar area and our food was great. Also, the service was excellent as well. Our server was accommodating, answered any and all questions, and checked on us frequently. Definitely a great spot if you are looking for an amazing meal and service.

Beautiful deck with courtyard view and sunsets are perfect. There are 3 tables with fire pits as well. We enjoyed hot tea and the chocolate experience. Amanda is a great server and very personable. Thoroughly enjoyed!

A beautiful bar area located inside the Park Hyatt Aviara. We stopped by here on two occasions during our stay, once for Japanese take-out, which was awesome, and once for an after-dinner coffee, tea, and a date at the Top Golf simulator. You have to check in at Pacific Point for the Top Golf experience fyi. In any event, this is a great, sophisticated spot to grab a drink or dinner at the bar. Pacific Point even had live music playing on a Tuesday night, which was very cool!

The food is good. The atmosphere is great. However, the service always falls short. I suspect it’s a combination of the long walk the servers have to deal with between the seating areas and the location of the kitchen. We have been here at least 6-8 times now and it’s always been this way. Plan on a long dinner and slow service if you visit.

One of my favorite bars at my favorite hotel. Pacific Point is located in the lobby of the Park Hyatt Aviara resort. The bar has really great mixologists in Moises, Jared and Luis. The drinks are innovative and tasty. Give them your base alcohol and let them run with it. You won't be disappointed. And the bar bites are equally fantastic. From 5-9pm they have sushi options from their in house sushi chef. The burger is massive and the Chipperbec fries are great.
