Excellent customer service. The staff there were so friendly and courteous. They let you try different flavors so that you can choose your favorite flavor for the gelato. Definitely recommend.

I meant to take a picture, but the gelato disappeared before I had the chance. Every flavor I’ve tried has been rich, creamy, and absolutely addictive. I plan to update this review with photos—if I can ever resist long enough to snap one. Until then, just know: Paciugo is that good. You’ve been warned. First time here, husband got 3 scoops cup; "chocolate chip mint, cookie & milk, coconut flavors". I got 2 scoop cup; flavors "wild berry, and coffee". Coconut and chocolate chip mint" those two flavors together were the bomb. Definatly will come back here.
