Padrinos Mexican Restaurant

Padrinos is one of my favorite places to go! The customer service can’t be topped, and the food is impeccable. Anytime I order my tacos they come out within 10 mins of ordering. Huge props to the general manager widow, she will always treat you right and her drinks are top notch!

We ordered two burritos to go. It seemed like our order got lost because it took at least twenty minutes. We got home to find food we didn't order. Unfortunately what we did get looked nearly inedible. I am not usually very picky, and I threw this in the trash after one bite. The staff were polite and friendly, but the quality of food here is completely unacceptable.

My experience last night was atrocious. We waited for our food for over an hour. The chef was drunk and constantly messing up orders. The female owner was also drinking on the job and not being much help to the rest of the staff. Our servers at the bar were excellent and were the only ones trying to get us our food and holding the place together. The owner’s lack of urgency and care was apparent and we were incredibly disappointed. We ended up leaving with empty stomachs.

Fantastic family owned Mexican restaurant. Very approachable and bright vibe. Wait staff highly attentive. Food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Great margaritas. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed Padrinos and supporting a small business. We will be sure to enjoy Padrinos again next time we are in St Louis at their main location or when attending a St Louis City SC game.

I hate to do this, but I have to. The food was burnt. We waited 30-40 minutes for our food and then the waitress came back and said the kitchen was missing stuff or they weren’t ready to take orders and then when we got the food, my food was burnt. I’m sorry not sorry I’m never coming back here again….
