The best Paik's noodle location I've been to! Just with the kitchen staff differences, my experience with this chain restaurant has not been even across the board. My husband I ordered the crispy pork, Jjampong rice, and black noodles with spicy peppers. Sooo good! Portions are huge and we took the rest of it home.

Heard they opened up a location in Chinatown so decide to finally give it a try since it was close to me. The place was big, clean, and organized. It is a self serving style, you can order from the screen if your paying cash or go up to the counter if your paying cash, and get yourself water along with utilities and extra bowls. I ordered the Jajangmyeon, Jjamppong, and Sweet & Sour Pork. Jajangmyeon was an 10/10 as the noodles were chewy and the black bean sauce was flavorful. Jjamppong was an 8/10 the were the same as the Jajangmyeon but you would have to eat it quick since it does become soggy after awhile but it was flavorful though it had a lot more veggies than noodles. The Sweet and Sour Pork are nice and crispy, I liked how the sauce is served separately so the pork doesn't become

Paik’s noodle is a fast casual concept where you order at digital kiosks before sitting down and serving yourself. The jjamppong with meat was lightly spicy with a savory seafood broth. Some sweet notes and a deep umami. Noodles were qq and a great texture. It’s a very large serving so recommend sharing or planning to take home. The jajangmyeong was earthy and not too sweet. It’s a light flavor compared to the punchier jjamppong. I do recommend getting it with meat just to have more protein. Overall a chill more fast casual kind of dining experience. Food was good!

As they said, they’re the best Korean Chinese cuisine 😍 I have been to the first location in Long Point for so longggggg. Finally, they opened another location in Chinatown, which is near my house. I extremely love their Jajnhmyeon and the Sweet & Sour Pork. At this location, you can order and serve yourself. Everything is there for you to get easily. When you’re done eating, just bring the tray back to the station. Their portion is big so bring some friends to share 😍
