I love Paisano’s. My order is always ready quickly and they have great deals. But my review is because of Jacqueline. She was so helpful with my order tonight. I placed my order online and didn’t realize I missed one of toppings so I called and she was so nice about it and got everything fixed for me. When I got there she made sure to check the order with me that it was how I wanted it. Thank you Jacqueline!
Hello, I am writing to report a very disappointing customer service experience my husband and I had while attempting to place a takeout order this evening. We called the Sudley location and spoke with an employee named Tina. She immediately placed us on hold. After approximately 10 minutes on hold, the call disconnected. When we called back, my husband politely explained that we had been on hold for quite some time and the call had dropped. Tina responded with a defensive tone and stated, “Absolutely not, I did not hang up on you. The phone wouldn’t connect.” My husband remained polite and said he hoped her day would improve and that we would still like to place a takeout order. I love Paisano’s Pizza in Manassas! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust is crispy and soft at the same time, and they add plenty of toppings. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. It’s a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. I always recommend this spot to anyone looking for good pizza!
