Amazing and unique flavor options for ice cream. The Abuelita and Forrero Rocher flavors were spot on and very impressive. Great place for desserts and very affordable.

Desserts are good. The employees’ attitudes are bad though. I went in Saturday evening at 8:20 and my 5 year old had to use the bathroom. I had to peek around the back where half the employees were just sitting on tables scrolling on their phones to ask about the bathroom. The denied my child to use the bathroom. And yes, we had already purchased food. I had even given them a tip.

I regularly go to the paleteria on Fridays to get my kids some snacks. Today two employees help me out with great attitude with I really appreciate, since my family is quite a mess most of the time. For sure I'll keep on coming for the great attention and products

This is what a Paleteria is supposed to look like. There were tons of available snacks for whatever you are hungering for. When you walk in, it is a little confusing as to where the line started. I was immediately assisted by one of the young ladies who was working behind the counter. I opted for ice cream. I got the Cookie Monster and Birthday Cake. The Cookie Monster was fantastic, which chocolate chip cookie pieces. I was not real impressed with the Birthday cake. It was more raspberry flavor. I expected a tad bit more vanilla cake and frosting. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I would defiantly go back. The prices were reasonable. I have paid more at chain store for ice cream. This place is definitely worth a stop.

My boyfriend and I came in today and had the best experience with Jesus! He was super helpful, allowed us to taste everything we haven’t before, and was so happy to help!
