Waited more than an hour to have my mother seen who presented to the ER with SOB , temp of 102 , headache and abdominal pain . No sense of urgency by any staff. There was only 2 people in the waiting room at 9pm and they had been waiting close to an hour and a half. This place does healthcare a great disservice . Truly sad that the people of the glades doesn’t have access to quality , prompt and efficient care .
