Their pricing is great and the stakes are very high, since what we’ve bought from them is the very heart of our businesses. They’ve never let us down in any way. Darren is superbly communicative and they really know their work. Everything we’ve bought from them has functioned beautifully for years, often better than other ovens we’ve purchased new. They’re also fun to work with. So the value overall is incredible. Darren is my first call for any important piece of equipment.

Recently purchased a 60 qt mixer and pizza oven from Palm Beach Restaurant Equipment. Yes, I felt I received a good deal on the items but what I cannot speak more highly of is their customer service. Darren and Gary made sure I was 100% taken care of from start to finish. They did a stellar job loading the equipment for me. But, most of all, Darren spent a few hours on FaceTime with me as I got the oven to Virginia to make sure I unloaded and assembled the oven properly. I couldn't have done it without his professional guidance. They have a customer for life.
