I'm very pleased with the products that I have ordered. I love the Perfect Fuse interfacing! I could not believe how soft and wonderful it feels, and how nicely it works with my different fabrics and different areas of garments. I really like the books that I have ordered (Dream Sewing Spaces; Pants for Real People, Jackets for Real People, Fit for Real People, and the Couture sewing book). They have given me many ideas and ways to work with better fitting patterns to my body. Great customer service, too. Items shipped quickly, and when one was lost by the USPS, they quickly sent a replacement.

Best sewing workshop I have ever been to! Went to the Pants Fitting class in Philly and learned so much and made the best-fitting pants ever -and I have been sewing for over 30 years! Even hubby said "those are the best pants you ever made" :) I also love the patterns, the interfacing is top-notch and the books are my go-to resource for questions that come up in my sewing room. As a fashion sewer I used to make test garments (muslin) before sewing the fashion fabric which took way too long - using the Palmer tissue fitting method I got just as good a fit - if not better!! - in half the time YEA. Just yesterday I used this method to fit a full-length coat and I am very pleased with the fit and look. Highly recommend.

Even though I have been working in the apparel industry for years, I needed to brush up on my fitting skills so I attended the Palmer/Pletsch fit and sewing workshops. They were wonderful! I learned so much about fitting myself and other body types. They make you feel comfortable, work with everyone individually and have spot on sewing demonstrations for students that want to learn how to sew in more detail. Both Pati and Melissa are designers of sewing patterns, so they have great show and tell, pattern recommendations for your body type...they will even go out into the fabric store and help you pull together a wardrobe of fabric and patterns! I have purchased their books and DVD's about sewing so I have them right in my studio when I need them. Love these gals!

After sewing for 50 years I finally learned to adapt patterns with confidence. If you want a few days in sewing heaven, set in a huge fabric store, with expert fitting/sewing guidance and a group of fellow sewing enthusiast classmates , come to a Palmer Pletsch workshop. There are also Palmer Pletsch books, patterns, DVD's and interfacing packs available, the perfect Sewing Immersion experience. I've attended Pant Fit, Knit Fit, Sewing Camp and Fit Camp and I'll keep coming back for the great experience.

Finally! I know how to adjust a tissue pattern and make the finished garment fit properly, without frustration. Who knew that a 2 day sewing workshop could bring so much joy back to my sewing. And it doesn't hurt one bit that I will look great in my new clothes :) Thanks to all the people at Palmer/Pletsch, you're amazing! PS - Can't wait for the jeans workshop...
